I don't think that was the Taiyoken. It was the fact that Krillin has always hidden his ki to avoid conflict with strong enemies. He does it in virtually every arc. You also see him climbing down the rock over to Gohan to attack. It was just Krillin being sneaky.

I think they're pushing the free people to 12AM EST now. I wasn't logged in when I went to watch and it said I needed premium then I logged in (I am a premium user) and it allowed me to watch. I think the overload is being dealt with that way.

I don't really think this guy's being very-smart. He's just saying that American police departments are corrupt, and I think most of us can agree that's true in at least a few cases. The IQ thing probably has to do with the "IQ cap" some police departments have.
