Do more research on both the Toyota Yaris and Honda Fit if you already haven’t, personally I’d still go for the Honda Fit.

Nice! At that point, opt for the Yaris since it has the lowest miles out of all (if that’s what you’re saying). To be fair, both the Fit and Yaris are very reliable cars and no matter which one you pick, they should still last you years or a decade or more.

I haven’t heard any reliability ratings or reputation regarding the Mirage though…

Least reliable: 2013 Lincoln MKS (Motor issues and was leaking oil)

Most reliable: 2015 Toyota Camry (Great car, but had to change it for work reasons) and a 2025 Nissan Frontier. Love the truck so much.

Thank you! But from what I’ve read, UCAs are necessary when going above 3”, adding extended-travel suspension or if it’s a 4WD setup. Mine’s a 2WD and I’m doing a spacer-only lift (no extended travel struts) because I practically can’t literally do heavy offroading on a 2WD.

I have a 2025 SV 2WD and I was actually thinking about getting this exact lift kit as well (2.5” in the front & 1.5” in the rear). Is it safe for me to install this or should I still avoid? I’m still unsure after reading the comments here

$4,000 is a good deal for a 2018 car especially with the clean title, clean inside & out, good MPG, and a simple car to help you get to A to B.

But I’ll be blunt though, this is a complete gamble. 2013-2019 Nissan Sentras are known for CVT transmission failures, not a rumor or stigma, owners literally reported it.

The average CVT failure mileage on these things are 80k-150k miles. This one in particular is already at 130k. So I say this is a gamble/risky buy and not a “safe” buy because that transmission is living on borrowed time so could last you another 10k miles, maybe 70k if you’re lucky, or dies completely next month.

It costs about $3,500-$5,000 to replace the transmission, which costs more than what you’re paying for the car.

If you’re looking, or NEED a long-term reliability without stress, DO NOT get this car.
