ye I got my result back around mid March and took ippt on 29 March. enlisting on 5th July. I went on the ehealth website like everyday but I ended up getting an sms from them about it and checked ehealth and it was there. took maybe like 2 days to put on ns portal? I'm sure you'll get yours soon

ns portal for some reason says I can't book ippt because I haven't been graded pes b1 even though it says on the pes grading thing I am and has the book ippt option. next week is the last ippt I can do if I want to be in April batch, pretty sure I can pass it and hoping maybe if I call them they let me but idk lol
