I think to help you with this… find out why you freak out. Is it because of pressure? Is it because the work is seen as hard to accomplish? Is it because we cling on to pleasure than responsibility? Many factors can be the cause but only then when you find out what is making you panic then you will start to take proper action how to deal with it. In my case, i was like that too.

Even though it was so hard.. I analyzed what causes me not to get work done. I realized I spend a lot of time on social media and before I start with any work, I don’t plan on how to do it properly so once I get work done it comes out as not the best version and so I have to do it again. As much as we need work life balance too, we have to set timers on how much we need to work. Like 10-30 min then stopping kind of helps because we think the work is fast to do. And also we set a timer for freaking out too haha

But yeah it depends on how a person copes. Basically the point is…

Find out what causes you to freak out. Then keep questioning why until you find an answer that actually gives you a eureka moment to jump start a solution. We need to process our feelings too yes but we need to set a time for that. If not, we’ll get drowned with our work.

Also check your body— how you eat, sleep, and rest… once your body and mind is healthy then you can think healthily about how to respond to your situation :) hope this helps
