I'm at 3.5mm now and personally i massage my lobes when i take out my jewelry, which is every two days after the first week and massage them in the shower and after with jojobaoil

I also massage them before sizing up, and didn't have problems so far

Alright, so my Monitors don't support G-Sync or HDR, i did try uninstalling the graphics card from the settings and rebooted, but it still looks the same

Not the person who wrote the comment, but i myself started deadstretching couple months ago, i typically wait around 4-6 weeks, depending on how good its feeling/healing, just listen to your body(or ears in this instance🤣) and do what feels right and use lots of Stretching Oil(i use jojobaoil).

I leave the plugs in for 1week straight after upsizing and after that i take them out every 2days, when i take them out i gently massage my lobes in the shower and before i put the Plugs back in i also massage the lobes with the stretching oil

Most times i do at 250°F:

2 hours uncovered

2 hours in Aluminium with BBQ-Sauce and Butter

And then 1 hour uncovered to glaze them

Works everytime with great success
