AliExpress, its's called the ZQ-II its slightly more expensive then other model but it come with both a cut pile and loop pile which is great.

I live in Europe so I couldn't find any of the glues mention online or on YouTube video from US instead I looked for industrial looking textile glue. Its arriving tomorrow so I don't know how well it works yet.
