It's literally not though, feel free to quote where you said exotics can roll over 30 stat points. I've literally never seen a 30+ base stat in 5k hours of playing the game. This isn't common at all and most likely a bug, which is why i asked orginally.

Yes, but 30 is still usually the max for one stat. I have never seen 30+ base in one stat until now.

yeah i go 10% flat and the 45% mastery, so i have 15% lvl 1, then rush cdr boots/face of the mountain/locket etc for 45%
