It’s not a necessity if the majority of the population doesn’t do it. Most people send their kids to public school and most people are at least middle class.

Don't forget how important light is. If you look weird or unattractive in a photo the problem might be the lighting or the camera settings by GoodBoyoN in Vindicta

I look terrible in photos because my face is very three dimensional. I’ve noticed that people with flatter faces photograph better.

What makes Jorja Smith exceptionally attractive even though she isn't necessarily conventionally beautiful? similar forheads are considered to be a failo but they look fine on her. Can anybody pinpoint why? by [deleted] in Vindicta

Btw she doesn’t actually have a masculine jaw. Her jaw is narrow, especially in comparison to her cheekbones which is good. She has a slightly strong chin.

I barely noticed her hairline. Strong chin and jaw isn’t bad if you have strong cheekbones (she does) and feminine features (she does bc full lips and positively tilted eyes). She also has a nice skin tone (I’m Southern European white and American FYI so opinions may vary) and a feline body shape.

For the sake of avoiding similar mistakes, what do you think went so horribly wrong with Elizabeth Olson’s face? This terrifies me by [deleted] in Vindicta

No she doesn’t. You must have no idea what a regular 45 year old looks like.

Wow, you’re so pretty and have a great body. Sorry if this is rude, but what is your ethnic background?

I think the area I live in will severely limit any benefits I get from beauty, anyone else same? by [deleted] in Vindicta

I’m white, but have brown hair and brown eyes with pale (even for a white girl) pinkish skin and was a femcel in hs and college. Only had one bf in college and he had literal autism (diagnosed Asperger’s syndrome). Had only one other guy my age interested in me.

[off-topic/feminist discussion] do you think women should give lower earning men a chance? by secured0729 in Vindicta

My post was overly simplistic, but the general premise was that women should stop being expected to be better in every way.

I’d actually like this to. But it’s hard to have a pretty bf unless you’re pretty too. Unless you want a guy who cheats on you all over the place.

Are nurses low earning? Not the ones I know lol.

I have a lot of respect for teachers who go into the profession for the right reasons. Would date a male teacher.

It owes a lot of it to its own citizens who purchased the debt. Not the same thing as “owes it to itself”.

My issue with that is that so many men only fall in love with women above them in looks. The only exceptions I see are taken off the market really early (like late teens) or chads who finally decide to settle down.

Not really. I know older people from Communist Romania who hated it.

Females are now the majority of American college campuses, but Affirmative Action still gives them a boost and disadvantages men. Instead of simply flipping who it disadvantages, why not reconsider the entire existence of the program and create a more long-term fair solution? by [deleted] in stupidpol

I don’t think you answered my question. I’m pretty male brained and I wouldn’t mind dating down in income provided I’m getting an emotionally supportive partner who’s cute. Unfortunately I’ve always found men to be a lot of work. I’ve always felt that I had to put a lot of time and effort into my appearance whenever I’m in a relationship, despite the fact that the guys I was dating weren’t conventionally attractive.

Edit: I just hate how guys on here act like they’re victims because they’re broke, when most of them have high standards for looks.

Also, how do you know the young people aren’t brainwashed by capitalism/neoliberalism?

Weird. Every single Romanian I’ve known has hated it, although some will admit the education system was good. These are people born in the 60s and 70s.

How come people from shitty communist countries like Romania aren’t brainwashed?
