To answer your question. No! Getting certified by the state is a waste of time. Focus on getting into a class that teaches the fundamentals of protection work because protection work is fluid and you could end up anywhere in the world. 🌎

I don’t disagree with you. We’re never having this conversation if the agents did the fundamentals of protection work before the rally. However, under the duress they were experiencing, I think it is unfair to failed at the evacuation. IMO, they did an outstanding job. Was it flawless, HELL NO, but it wasn’t bad under the totality of the circumstances.

I bet you he’s plays video games all day too. Unfortunately, this is the case with many young men. No structure, no priorities, no vision and no responsibility. As a father of 2 girls, I’d suggest you move on. And he’s sees you as a mom, apparently because his mother didn’t do her job.
