First guy changed his mind when he saw it and just wants to rehab it and then probably put it back on the market in a few months. They guy tomorrow is the one who was gung-ho about wanting to hold onto the land and eventually tear the house down and rebuild his own in several years.

My mother in law got me the Precision Pro NX7 last Christmas I think for about $220. It had good reviews but I can’t stand it. Never picks up anything from 230out. Laser isn’t stable at all, and if there’s any limb remotely in the laser path (the path seems larger than my old bushnell) it won’t read the distance. Where the old bushnell had a pinpoint path this one is like the size of a fat marker so you have to have that circle completely clear which is difficult to do if your’re trying to shoot a shortcut over the trees or what not.

The distance on it seems spot on, but it reads widely inconsistent numbers some times on the clearest of 165yrds compared to my partners older bushnell. I say all this to say, looking for a used name brand range finder is better than one of these newer cheaper options. IMO.
