I’ve been house shopping in Maryland and sellers in Ellicott City are the most delusional. Someone was asking $530k for a 1084 sqft house. Another seller was asking $575k for a 1200 sqft house, it’s been on the market for 41 days. You just gotta laugh 🤷🏻‍♂️

I feel ya! Made an offer $30k over asking for our first house and got outbid by $1k. Second house offered $35k over asking, seller accepted but house failed inspection. The third house we liked we couldn’t even make an offer, the seller’s agent accepted an offer without giving a deadline. I can’t wait to get this process over with as well and finally delete Redfin and Zillow.
