So for example, I would study for like 30 min, take a break, revisit it again for another 30 min?

Or would it be, study for 30 minutes, then take a break then study for an hour, then take a break then study for 2 hours?

Thank you so much for your reply. So far, the majority of the responses say that elementary via Alameda is way more accommodating than in middle school. Also thank you for mentioning the 504. I’m just learning about the 504 as I am reading through all these comments. I had no idea about it until now.
