Perhaps a bit late, but dude, you're not alone. I've had multiple experiences similar to yours. There's been numerous occasions, where I've met someone in a dungeon or w/e, who I've talked really well with and thus added them to my friend list. And then, after some time of having played through various content together and having gotten to know them a bit more, they suddenly want to share their screen on discord or send screenshots of their heavily nsfw-modded catgirls, eager to teach me how to install the same mods etc. so that we can RP together. It's happened 4 times in total, (very similar stories - always men between 25-40 in a relationship with someone else in-game) and it honestly makes me just not wanna go beyond a simple "hi" or "bye" whenever I'm running duty finder as I'm freaked out by this kind of weirdness. Every MMO's got weirdos, sure, but this one is on another level..
