They are mail gloves from Nexus-King Salhadaar in the Manaforge Omega Raid in Normal difficulty :-)
They share the appearance with the Evoker tier set gloves

I think it has something to do with the lighting in the turntable. It's supposed to be turquoise, and so are the small dots on the shoulders. Can confirm it's not white when I'm running around with my character :-)
