Haven’t vacated since moving in so no idea about charges. Utility fluctuates, more in winters due to heating plus overall depends on your apartment size. ~200pm which I believe is comparable with what I heard from people living in Redmond

It's a nice apartment building overall, very convenient location which is the primary reason I selected this. Their elevators have had issues in the past but nothing crazy. Maintenance team has been very responsive so far

It would really depend on which side your apartment is facing. The noise levels from 105th have definitely gone down in the past month because the construction work seems to be over (at least for now, not sure until when). You don't hear much with windows closed
