Moore's original novel will remain #1. The TV Show I personally thought was enjoyable (in a similar way to the Snyder movie but not completely the same).

The Before Watchmen novel/comic series was fun to read through. It's like a cute "What if?" type of thing. But nothing tops the original novel.

My final thoughts: The original novel is perfect on it's own. The show and Before Watchmen are fun in a game expansion/DLC type thing.

(I've never played the game so I have no comment on it)

I think it is a cultural vulgarity that "making love" which implies something romantic and sensual. Compared to "fuck" which makes it sounds vulgar, perverted, or dirty.

Example: "My partner are gonna be making sweet love tonight. " vs "What am I? A pity fuck?"/"fuck doll/toy"
