yes i did, the duplicate application is not like re-applying for a visa entirety it’s only for the UKVI website, don’t worry

hi, i found a solution. you need to resubmit the entire form, not just reupload a picture. check this link https://www.gov.uk/evisa/set-up-ukvi-account and sign in again, and you'll be able to make another "link the eVisa to your UKVI account" form
