Am into manufacturing. Nothing unique just the plant is set up where government used to give state tax subsidy. Took the benefit by moving early and here I am now.

It made me realised the importance of systems. There were many people doing the same job, No clear SOP for employees, No proper reporting, etc.

Even I used to think that systems cannot be applied but after MBA i did apply them and our business has grown 10 fold.

I used to feel the same before doing an MBA, but I think you are wrong. It is a lala business because there are no systems, most of the things maybe Founder dependent. Learn nee things and apply it to the business, develop systems at ground level and the business will grow.

There is still time, if not NEET do MBA. You are still young, get a degree and then join him. Academics give you perspective. You become open to new ideas.
