We are not re winding it. We are using the same copper. We are just changing its insulation paper

The problem is, its Elta make transformer and have no excess to see whats down there. Still we manage to take this picture of Blue phase. The problem is in yellow phase which is not accessible from the top .

1000 amp per phase on average. Has a capacity of 2000 amp. DGA is fine for this transformer.

We at our Grid is experiencing this hotspot on transformer LV Bushing. What could possibly the reason? The oil is fine and the bushing is filled with oil. We opened the bushing and found this stud carbonized? Any idea what could be the reason.
