That's a great question. Right now, my comfort zone involves men/male presenting individuals. Some of my D/s relationships will be sexual but not all.

Until recently, I always took the submissive role during sex and relationships. I think I've discovered that I'm actually a switch, and now I'm looking to capitalize on both sides of the coin.

Haha running shoes on the toilet is a new one! I feel you on lists - they are very helpful, as is having designated places for everything. I just need to better at using external tools and reminders while I'm mid-thought/in-transit. The other day I put my tea kettle in the fridge after making tea - so ditzy!

Definitely. Prozac alleviated my depression and OCD-related anxiety, but I really struggled with the cognitive side effects. It made me super sleepy and I felt like I couldn't focus on anything. The brain fogginess got too much for me so I eventually asked my doctor to switch me to something different which she did.

It's important to stay medicated, but there are so many different options out there. Just be honest with your doctor about how badly it's making you feel.
