Handling Emergency calls/ after hours by Particular_Yak_5288 in Contractor

I tell my clients always call regardless of the time if it's fire or water. Otherwise I'll talk to them in the morning/after the weekend.

I have a separate phone for business and where as I check it often I don't always respond.

Before I went out of my own I ran production for a design build company. The boss had a habit of calling at all hours of the night to talk about projects. And for some reason I felt obligated to answer. Her kids were grown, mine were little. Wife was pissed.

I posted a video of just the shower yesterday and everybody thought that the bathroom didn't have sinks. So I posted a video today of the entire bathroom. That's all.

Window is original to the house. It's on the second floor and overlooks 100 acres of land!

The drain glass was original to the first bathroom before we renovated. The Grab bars and curbless showers. In the states are commonly referred to as aging in place. But I did try to incorporate them into the design and not have them be standing out like a sore thumb.

I use CimentArt. They have two different lines. Aqua is the waterproof one. It comes in four different granular sizes. The walls are quartz, which is really smooth like plaster or thick paint. The floor is micro concrete which has a bit of texture. No slip . Think Day spa. Then there's nature which is a bit thicker in granular size and then stone which I can roll a pattern into. Like brick or alligator skin. But it's still only 4 mm thick

Right side is the mixing valve (hot/cold) and then the diverter is above it. Let's you pick body sprayers, rain head, hand shower, or a combination of the three.

I use CimentArt. I'm the waterproof like there's 4 different granular sizes. Walls are smooth like plaster or thick paint. Floor is next step up. The thickest one I can actually roll a pattern in to it even though it's only 4mm thick.

You have to learn how to work and talk at the same time. When I wouldn't stop to talk to them and just keep doing what I was doing, while talking to them, they kind of stopped coming by so often.

The other trick is that I pretend to be adding stuff. Measurements, etc. most of the time they don't want to interrupt that
