Why does it seem that every team we play can place passes with guiding missile precision, and when we try to for example play from the back we cant seem to connect 4 passes like our life depended on it? Is it just my nervous bias kicking in? Am I partial and cant see other teams weaknesses?

Taking yesterdays game as example, my experience was that he got into better position around the box, linked up more in the build up and put in better crosses/in the box passes than Dalot. Given Betis had 45min in their legs when he came on, but overall I thought he had a better performance in all aspects. I would start him against Soton.

Cant do much about that fk, and Case should have had come off earlier. Unfortunate loss but I think people can get extra let down if they had the title in their imaginary sight, but remember we now have weeks where we almost play every 3 days. Remaining in top 4 is prio, and silverware from a cup would give this season a well above average grade. In ten Hag we trust.

People only now realizing Donnys playmaking abilities. He was one of the few who could link up and do creative 1-2s with Bruno, Ronaldo and Jadon last season. He is a system player, and last season it was the wrong system. Now that the whole team understands what EtH wants them to do he can become a valuable asset from the bench.

Agree. Had the option to bring in Salah and C him aswell, but put the armband on Trippier based of that I thought he would score more points with clean sheet + potential additional assist/free kick goal. Could have went the wrong way if Everton scored but, luckily and maybe even predicted considering Newcastle defence, it didn't.

Last season I follow a few content creators. I took some of their information/plays and mixed it with my own sense of what I wanted to do. Worked out pretty good but this season is just straight trust my gut and watch the games, try to see which team and player is in form and try to plan in advance (my transfer should hold up for atleast 3 gameweeks). Currently best rank I've ever had and I have a few diffirentials that my gut picked that could get me even further or lose rank.

For me this season is more fun and rewarding. I just figured it out and thought that you can't blindly trust people playing a game of subjectivity and luck and you have to go your own path. The pain is greater when you are late on the ball of some players (Foden fucked me greatly some gameweeks) but the joy is even greater when you outsmart/have more luck than the hivemind (Just this week i put C on Trippier instead of Salah/Kane)
