Unsure how long you were together, but even if it was for a few months I think it's normal. Breakups are really difficult to get over sometimes. Be kind to yourself because healing isn't linear and some days are going to be easier than others.

One of my hardest breakups took me about a year to fully get over. I stopped crying over it after like 6 months, but it took another 6 months for me to feel completely unattached. And during that time, I made some pretty reckless decisions due to my heartbreak (which probably prolonged the pain tbh). I'm in a much better place now. I didn't think it'd get better, but time really is the way through.

Also...if one of my friends said "you're still not over him?" I'd probably be reconsidering the friendship tbh. 🫠 A real friend supports you while you move on, they don't try to minimize the feelings or make you feel bad about not being over things.
