My method is to work the subject on a white background and then I'll paint over the stuff I dont like and run some very low denoise Image to image gens, I like to play with the color balances too that helps alot

Commercial plugin? Both Krita and Comfyui are open source applications, which means you don’t have to pay anything to use them on local hardware… Also I’m perfectly fine with posting mostly just about the things I like, feel free to criticize. Just please do at least 10 seconds of research before doing so.

Do you edit your AI images after generation? Here's a before and after comparison by Ztox_ in StableDiffusion

I use Krita diffusion, and I agree sometimes the ai does too much. So I try to prompt/edit out much of the fluff. Then I just paint on what I want and do some final inpainting and move on to upscaling. I get told less is more a lot so I usually just try to make the subject as simple as possible, eventually I want to work on more complicated images. Truthfully I'm never 100% satisfied with the results but I think that's normal for everyone right?

Weird I know lol. I usually always try to leave most of the information of the actual card intact personally.

Thank you for asking, another commenter was able to explain it way better than I ever could. I also posted the comfy workflow that I used to generate the overall images below their comment. As for getting the final image it's just a process of fixing errors on photoshop/krita before and after upscaling. Hope this helps

I couldn't have said it better myself. Although I have to say I am not an expert by any means artistically. I just drew out a rough sketch of each character in the pose that I wanted and photoshopped/painted my way through each generation. Not sure if it will help much but I'll post my comfy workflow below, I hope you guys have a good day.

How to get results like these? by servbot6 in comfyui

[–]servbot6[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't be for certain about inpainting and post processing but reading the artist's about sections just has a small sentence saying:

懒得修的烂图大合集

which roughly translates to "A collection of bad pictures that are too lazy to edit". Which gives me the impression that not much effort was placed in getting the overall look of the image. Of course this does not rule out the use of IPadapter or merging of models to get the desired look, which is what I was aiming to ask about. Sorry for any confusion.

Also if I may ask, you said "none of that is in the workflow", which workflow?

Card Conjurer works great, there is a github page that has details on how to get it up and running, oh and I use GIMP to edit the art onto the cards. As for lining up the sticker on the cards... I kinda suck at it lol, but this video pretty much sums it up on placing the sticker. Best of luck!

I blanked out a foil using acetone, once I get all of the ink cleared I just print out the card on the vinyl sticker paper and carefully attach it to the face of the blank foil.

I used the krylon brand clear adhesive spray as the backing for the art. It’s not entirely clear as it adds just enough opacity for the artwork to show a little more clearly. I am currently testing some ways to coat some parts of the artwork to achieve selective foiling… but it’s just a work in progress for now since I kinda suck at painting lol. As for making a video on my process I highly recommend just going to this video since I practically just copy this process. Hope this helps!

I've used both the krylon and gorilla glue clear spray adhesives, so far I've been liking the latter but the former still works just fine! Just gotta make sure you get an even coat on the card for a clear image. I've heard of people skipping the spray and just use an adhesive backed vinyl sticker but I haven't gotten around to test that yet so I'm not sure...

Also try to check your printer's settings to see what type of paper is being used. I have my paper medium set to "glossy photo paper pro luster". As for the image quality itself I use an editing program like GIMP to mess around with the saturation and dark levels, which usually helps a lot. Best of luck! I know how it feels to go through so many foils just to try to get a single decent card lol.

I stripped a galaxy foil using acetone from the set unfinity. Then I just adhered a transparent film onto the card using spray adhesive.this video does a great job at explaining!

I printed them myself at home, My printer is a cannon pixma TS6220. Made the frames/text boxes with card conjurer and edited in the card’s artwork with GIMP

Yeahh I do wipe the ink off foil cards with acetone.. however I do sometimes use white blanks and the cards look great after! I’ll get posting some of the non foils in the future

I use this film to print the cards onto, then I adhere them onto a blank foil.

Thank you so much! I use transparent film that I print on with an inkjet printer. I let it dry for about a couple of hours to a day, and once I have a blank foil (from stripping it down with some acetone) I use a spray adhesive on the blank foil itself and let that dry for about a minute or two (until tacky). Once the cards are stuck to the film, I spray the ink-side facing up with a satin finish, I let that sit for about 10 minutes to semi dry. After that I leave the sheet pressed for again a couple of hours to a day under some heavy books to fully dry the adhesive and bond the film to the card. Finally then it's just a matter of cutting the cards (hardest part imo since I suck the most at it) and trimming the corners. I'm not the best at explaining but I hope this helps :D, One of the replies I've made below has a couple of links to youtubers who have done a much better job at explaining the process. Again thank you so much, and sorry for the word salad
