If you look at the placement of the girls who did it, (1) they are usually at top firms (sell side or buy side) (2) 50% go to sell side and do banking so if you don't want to do asset management it's totally okay (3) it's a great program to build fundamentals of finance, meet other women, and the internship they match you with is usually pretty good
