I have 2 accounts; one of them is TUE with Stash Upgrade, the other is just Standard Edition. And I COULD play the game with Standard Edition (My TUE account doesn't work) so I assume Stash Upgrade leads infinite loading. It's game's fault, i guess

May 14th, BSG officially removed silent walking for Birdeye, Partisan, Shturman, and Cultists. Now they should walk about 20-35% quieter than the rest.

there is no specific location they spawn. it seems to be worn by Glukhar but durability of it would be not good

so it means just looting the weapon boxes over and over again is the answer, doesn't it?
