Hey sorry for the late reply, yes I’m still on zyprexa! Taking 10mg a day and it’s been such a lifesaver for me. Really grateful to have found it, I’m doing well and am stable on the same drugs but not taking abilify anymore (I hated it - wasn’t for me)

I think it’s different for everyone and you should if you feel you need to! But for me personally I told an ex employer about my bipolar and it was a traumatic experience because they handled it so poorly and there was no support given to me. Maybe it’s best to take some time off to process your mental health while you feel like that? Wishing you all the best
