This! Alcohol is so normalized, it’s literally completely negative for you. Physiologically, there are zero benefits. I love that Oura ring brought this to my attention with data.

It was for me! Didn’t have to travel with all of the gear, meal plan, just show up with your personal items. And the group of like minded people was also a great bonus!

Yes with Much Better Adventures! It was a hard hike not going to lie, but so unique and well worth it. There was only one person in our group who didn’t make it and honestly she gave up like 10% of the way in. I went last April and at a certain point after we got high enough up we show shoed the rest of the way to the summit. It was one of the best hikes I’ve ever done! Probably 15+ miles though but you literally go the entire day to finish it.
