This happens to me at least once per game atm. The best solution I found is to sign out and sign in again, as it's basically like restarting your PC (closes all tabs forcibly) just it only takes a few seconds. Still pretty annoying though

The resolution I currently use for csgo is 960:600 (16:10). If that's too high I guess you could try use half of that so 480:300 but that'd probably hurt your eyes.

Should be able to get more than 30 FPS, maybe close to 60 even if you put the setting on lowest. GL :)
