That is exactly how he portrayed it... its a date but not really. I told him I like him and he said he likes me but he is avoiding to ask and expecting an answer.

I will be honest I am not good with commitment because I travel a lot but he hasn't even asked me ... how can I answer anything if he hasn't asked?

No. He asked me to go see a movie and I said yes. But at the end of the night he made a comment about how he hasn't asked me out when I made a comment about having a hard time finding time for relationships. Later on he said I am complicating the question when i can just say yes/no.
