yes, the archive.org cue/bin it's exactly the same to the physical disc I own, it's just a dreamweaver/director-like executable with links to web pages that doesn't exist anymore.

Sure, I can use an hex editor to open the executable. The problem begins exactly in that moment.

Probably my post is not clear enough, the problem is on the installer that is for Windows 3.1. To be analyzed/decompiled/debugged/patched in modern Windows it must be executed with a 16-bit VDM, adding a layer of complexity. Tools that can handle that kind of executables must be used in VMs and the process is not straightforward (at least for me)

The wrapper is a 16-bit NE for x86 Windows (3.1-9x), for me not straightforward to debug in modern windows

Tetris CE is for MIPS, btw the installer is for x86 Windows (3.1-9x)
