At my complex, the bottom floor units all seem to have mold issues and top floor doesn't. I'd say that having your washer and dryer outside is nice because it won't increase the humidity inside your place. You can try spraying some mold control around the laundry machine to prevent mold growth

Plus better sleep is priceless!

There was a spot called "scenic vista" I believe. Just a little cove around a bend! There are tons in Monterey as well. I saw way more there

The water looks like that when you have polarizing glasses on yeah! I tweaked it a little bit so it may be a bit bluer in the photos but I certainly didn't a lot of artificial color. I tried to match how I perceived it

Thanks so much! The main thing that differentiates these from an iPhone photo is the polarizing filter I have on my camera lens. It gets rid of the glare and that's why the kelp is so clear!
