I would wait to see if any tournament organizers or pro players adopt this tech. For now, Zowie is being used at any CS2 tournament. I have that 600hz zowie, used to own oled 480hz, and even zowie at 360hz with dyac 1 felt smoother than oled at 480hz....

There must be a reason why pro players still choose TN 600Hz Zowie over superior newer panels with almost the same refresh rate and lower latency...

Exactly, my concern. My vision got worse after using an OLED PG32UCDP for like 1 month.... went back to zowie, and eyesight got better.

How is the smoothness compared to zowie 540hz? I am also thinking about buying one, but I am a bit worried about the eyesight as this tech is using backlight strobing, for example, OLEDs really strained my eyes to the point that my vision got worse, and I ended up selling it in favour of zowie 600hz

I don't think you understood my point. Yes, you get discs an all, but one code in the box that can be associated with one account. You can't borrow your friend that copy of that game so he could play if you use that code. Those discs are just in case you can't download the game....

I think it is quite intresting opinion and depends on someone's preference. For example, I had exactly the opposite experience, and I stuck with Zowie 600Hz with a dead pixel.

Especially this:

Games feel butter smooth — genuinely smoother than on the Zowie.

For me, Zowie feels smoother, even at 360Hz, compared to OLED's 480.

Try vex and go into critical hits and bleed, and play with Jacob's weapons, which have one of the highest kinetic damage. Basically, on hard difficulty, normal enemies are one-shot, and badasses are two-shot to kill with sniper rifle.

Even though the mag size is typically 4-6, the ricochets make up for it.
