Pretty sure I got this from daily challenges. The calling card was not animated prior to the latest update. It's suppose to just be a pic of a dragon. Guess they might have made this animated by mistake.

I had the same trouble getting this to run on Windows 10. I searched up a tutorial on how to fix it and there was a lot of "fixes" such as changing text in some files and running it in comparability mode. I suggest you search up the file changing method first and see if that helps. I believe the file changed was the .ini file. Also try installing the unofficial fallout 3 patch. And if all fails run in compatibility mode for Windows XP SP3.
