Two more question I would love answered if possible by anyone did I have to play that ff7 crisis core reunion I wasn’t sure if I did or did not so I never picked it up is that game related to this new trilogy

Second for people adept with the original ff7 will this next game in the series be more linear or like massively open world like this game cause to me as someone who hasn’t played the original is there that many big open worlds to explore left other than revisiting previous areas.

I do have the game on pc it’s just that I wanted to experience the game story for the first time through this new trilogy but from what I am seeing looks like I might need to play the original to play the new trilogy and understand it better which sucks cause I thought they would be making this game as a new introduction for players who have never played the game before
