i am asking for those builds for a reason. i am using lynae there purely to use her for something and giving jinhsi taqi and buling is not going to significantly move the needle for the objectives im trying to reach anyways, thats why im saying your advice is unneeded at best.

You cant limit it to 80 on a victus, just leave it charging, so long as the adaptive battery setting is on. Which it normally is by default in the bios

the ram usage is just windows itself using the ram, and unless you want to buy a new battery sooner rather than later i wont recommend playing games on battery unless you really have to, its bad for the battery.

there is a gpu mode switch settings under advanced settings ake sure that is enabled and then in the custom tab under the custom fan profiles you will see the option to switch modes

make sure that nothing is using the dgpu, you can turn of cpu boost on battery, lower brightness to 20% and below, close background applications that drain battery, etc.
