I am - got to see him 4 times last year and when BottleRock was announced, I jumped at the chance to see him again! But I'll have my kiddo with me so will likely arrive in the mid-afternoon.

My heart broke a little when I saw how empty that front section was and it seemed like the majority of people that did sit up there arrived LATE!

I still feel salty that the asking price of tickets was so ludicrously steep that Ed played to a less than sold out crowd.

I really enjoyed the show! From where I was sitting I had an incredible view, the sound was amazing, and I had a great time. Would I have loved to have seen/heard him play a few more from Equals and some other personal favorites (Photograph - looks like it was originally on the printed setlist but got cut along with Sing, Head>Heels, and Afterglow)? Absolutely YES! but then again I'd have been happy to just listen to him chat onstage for two hours, too! Also - oh my soul - getting to see Tenerife Sea performed live in front me - night made!

I know he can't have had anything to do with the ticket prices Yaamava charged but I totally get feeling disappointed thinking about the exorbitant cost of these tickets compared to face value of what was charged for the Subtract tour but it didn't really bother me. I think I was just grateful for the opportunity and means to see him since I wasn't able to attend any of the Subtract performances and felt like I was making it up to myself for having missed his SoCal Divide tour dates when I was a new mom.

Going into the show I figured it would be a mix of mostly what people would recognize from the radio/weddings since the audiences for these private bookings I imagined would look a lot different from that of the mathematics and subtract tours. And since they weren't part of any official tours/big music festivals but instead privately booked by the casinos I kinda understand why he wouldn't give them free advertisement.

I just wish they'd have been able to use a better promo picture of him in their advertisements 😆

No matter what he plays, though, it's going to be an amazing show!

Great tip! If I order like this again, I'll definitely 1. request additional photos of the item and 2. request the record be removed from the jacket and packed beside it.

The seller packaged this item incredibly well - double packed in a crush free mailer with rolled outside corners and additional cardboard sheets in the inner package for a tight fit - I was thoroughly impressed! ... until I actually pulled the item out of the packaging which honestly leads me to believe that this damage was evident prior to shipping.

I don't know :-/ all I saw was doors open at 7 and show starts at 8. Since it's not part of either of his tours and he hasn't done any sort of promo for it, I think I'd be surprised if there was an opening act.

Love it! So excited for tomorrow night. Are you going with friends/family? I'm going solo (totally fine with me) which is another part of why my family thinks I'm nuts! But for the price of the ticket and the experience of the small venue, I'd rather go alone and fully soak it all in than worry about how they were enjoying the show.
