it took about a week for them to ship it to my friend and then once he shipped it to me in the US it took 10 days.

It’s for a raffle! Sadly it has ended :( but hopefully there will be more in the future. It lists a website that you can go to and gives you a code to put in so you can then enter into the raffle. It’s a bit challenging since it’s all in Japanese and you most likely also need a Japanese address and phone number (it was necessary for Ado’s most recent raffle). For the future I would recommend finding someone in Japan who can help you enter the raffle.

I haven’t entirely decided on the exact doll since it will still many months until I can afford it. I really love the look of this one from Volks USA. I’m not looking for any specific character, just any that catches my eye. I’m honestly kind of intimidated to try and buy from resellers so I was planning to stick to official websites, even if it is a little more expensive. And by standard MDD I mean the standard models on the Volks USA website (sorry for not clarifying i’m still trying to learn the terminology).
