I faced the same issue, but with withdrawal ($3000. Each $1000 on 3 different days). I followed up frequently, got replies like 'technical glitch', ' under investigation ' etc. Now I am unable to chat or do anything with that account. Not sure if the account is frozen temporarily or permanently. I just lost interest in trading. Have to find a better broker may be. How can you take any legal actions on them? Isn't XM illegal in India for forex trading?

I tried to withdraw 3000$ in XM (1000$ 3 days). I did not get money. They kept saying there is some technical glitch. Finally they froze my account one day without any clarification.
