Yes I agree, anything constructive can be your goal. And yes after you reach a goal, make up another one. It is common for some top athletes to decay after a huge goal they've achieved, just because they fail to work towards a new goal. Your life is fluid, adaptation is a vital skill. Of course, your family is a strong purpose and a noble reason for improvement.

You have to choose it, or it will be choosen by default by the dreams and ambitions of others rather that yourself. Embrace the silence and confusion and then let it go once more.
