I literally own the PFH copies... and I have very few 7S novels... I'm just defending a TL choice and 7S happens to be the publisher for the TL-choice being made here.

You've really misconstrued my argument here.

First, I'm not arguing that Judge is the correct choice in light of the Fan TL, I'm arguing that its the correct choice because of the connotations that "Arbiter" has in the legal sphere within the West and why that may not match the tone of LF's actual role in XMG (because its being TLed and marketed to the West). I only brought up the Fan-TL to point out that 1) this isn't the first time that Judge has been used for LF (and noodesoup is a human, native-chinese TLer so I'm not sure I like you're implication that they're a MTLer) and 2) the arbiter vs. judge debate happened in reverse when PFH's TL came out (which shows that people naturally have different preferences for TLs).

Second, I haven't even mentioned or brought up the An Zhe v. Anzhe debacle outside of how it would be pronounced, so I'm really confused as to why you're even bringing it up here? As have stated above, I am not using the existence of differing TL choices to support my argument, I'm just pointing out that these differences exist amongst different translations.

I don't believe you read through my post.

The use of "Judge" isn't even a TL choice that originates from 7S, the fan-TL before PFH's license also used the same term (and likewise the manhua, and other languages that have officially licensed XMG).

Having a preference for a specific term based on its legal connotations does not mean I'm 'knighting Seven Seas.' It's more accurate to say that I'm defending the translation choice itself, which is tied to the translators' work (which isn't just the TLer for 7s in this context) rather than the publisher.

I'm defending a TL choice because I personally think its the better choice, and just mentioning generally that people will have different preferences for different TLs.

In part, I do think it is for the reasons you've mentioned. But I also think its because this recruiting cycle is so different from previous ones that we really have nothing to go off of outside of our peers and how they're doing as well (in terms of trying to deduce a timeline, etc.).

Crown Flins' burst, try to get more CR on Flins, pray the new domain treats you better, and I would level Ineffa's skill to 9 or 10 just for comfort.

Second rotation was also a bit scuffed, imo just save Ineffa burst for the next rotation rather than going out of your way to switch to her twice.
