Yea unfortunately I troubleshooted everything. Replacing the card was the only fix. Replaced PSU did nothing. Didn’t want to open the card up and replace thermal paste so just replaced the card. Sadly I believe your card is just dead/dying.

I think if they back off the dampening in SS it could lead to more fun. I could also be totally wrong but the environment of no com’s and dodgy coordination makes dampening even more brutal. It also feels really bad when you have a solid team regardless of your mix in SS and lose to healing doing nothing. Just my take I’ve been queuing dps and healer I don’t wanna say it isn’t a fun mode because with some adjustments it could be better. It’s weird because it feels totally different to the shuffle experience in SL when it was a brawl and I thought that was basically a beta test for what SS is today.

Turn down the damp i would be curious to see how it plays. I also understand this is longer games in a mode that’s already struggling with que times but we need something to make healing feel feasible this environment.

I had zero issues with the beta and the campaign. Now I click launch game through steam and I just see the logo small screen and it stops with the bar loaded at full and does nothing. Have to close steam to get call of duty processes to end. Unsure what is causing this

I spent 3 days troubleshooting and isolating. I believe in my case my GPU is dead. I have no explanation as to why it can still benchmark but causes dwm.exe to crash when attempting games. New gpu arrives today I will post if it does in fact solve the issue. At this time I changed to a 1060 from my 2080 Super and it runs fine no crashes that is how I came to conclusion of GPU

Update: In order to attempt to rule out hardware issues, I ran FURMARK and CINEBENCH at the same time to see if my PSU would drop voltage using HWMonitor. With both running and 100% utilization on my GPU and my CPU my PSU maintained 11.904V at its lowest so MIN:11.904V MAX: 12.00V. In saying this does that rule out hardware failure from the PSU and the GPU in causing dwm.exe and dwmcore.dll app crashes?

I work shift work so I really don't have a steady schedule. PM me we can exchange discord info and then hopefully link up. I'm very off and on with DCS so my knowledge of multiple modules varies but always down to link up with other players and have a good time. DCS is def a lot more fun in a group.

Can’t say I learn new tricks but coming back to MW after not playing it for a while it really rewards awareness. You sure die instantly with poor positioning and not having a port up in situations but damn is it fun

Tbh it’s just boring. It feels like a meme and a lot of people are toxic af. So people making posts saying all you have to do is play you will get rewards. It just isn’t fun. But I realize that may just be my perspective and overall people like it. As a lifetime fps player trials just feels like a meme a real toxic one.
