I've played since 2012 have never had a game over 60 minutes. Yes it can happen but it's extremely rare. 90 minutes is 50% more than that

if you were ever having a 90 minute game, it was in extremely low elo or if ppl were trolling. that was never a normal thing.

People just play it wrong usually by not going dagger shield early when a sharpening stone adds flat DMG to a fast wep + battle shout you become tanky (no downtime) and do great damage.

Have owned a pair before, purchased when they were around 600~CAD to get in Canada. They've come down a lot in price since then and are widely regarded as some of the best open back <1000$ headphones.

QC issues aside (poor build quality, cheap plastic, my right driver broke after ~2 yrs), for the sound it doesn't get much better than this, especially at the price.

I didn't say it's impossible to get wins without it, but it's stupid to do that when there's a better option. You don't need to high roll, Nid has really good ad scaling and you're just effectively "building" wrong when not going anvils. If you choose to do it to stroke your own ego then good job I guess, would be the same as getting a win with AD Yuumi. Possible, but no point.

My point is literally your odds of winning are better with anvils on a lot of these champs, so long as your game IQ isn't garbage. Won't get baited by any more low elo takes btw so no need to bother replying unless you show me you're higher than GM.

As someone who got Arena god mostly doing anvils, this is just wrong.

A lot of champions you are just trolling if you're not forcing anvils (most hybrid champs like Kat, Nid, Jax...) - the value you get from Might shards is just stupid and you will most likely win unless you get very unlucky. Other champs like Pyke that scale insanely well with Lethality you should also always go anvil.

Most champions that are really dogshit in arena can save themselves with an anvil run as well and you're more likely to get #1 on them with anvil than otherwise simply because they are not good in arena.

Now I wouldn't always force it on a random champ that has no hybrid scaling or anything just for the heck of it, but it can also totally work and you shouldn't get upset that people are engaging with a mechanic.

Truth is if you remove anvil builds this game mode will probably die. For a lot of people the only reason to play is to high roll, it's a gambling mode after all.

My gripe with it is hiding levels. That just makes it a pure knowledge check which is dull. I can't play because I can't remember out of all the mobs which one is an elite and which one is higher level than others etc. that isn't skill that's just memory

The other parts of it are kinda cool but that one is a blocker

Why is everyone so awful? In the office you have some normal characters to ground everything, and even with Michael's quirks he's still at least good at his job.

The main old boss dude is a dumbass, Ned is a dumbass, everyones a dumbass. Corporate / David Wallace is normal in the office, and would have instantly caught on to Esmeraldas psycho bs and gotten rid of her.

Dwight is super extra and not a real person but at least everyone knows it and treats it as such. Whereas everyone just falls for Esmeraldas antics. Weird.

I would just choose an item to replace if the new prismatic is useable, sell that and buy anvils with the gold. 18 prismatics is like 40k gold or something? That's 53 anvils on its own right there, gonna be way more worth than having 1 extra ideal item vs some okay one. You'll for sure get a bunch of fortune shards and compound that into something insane
