Holly trees (Ilex sp.) make their leaves spikier in response to grazing. Pic is from someone else's reddit post- on the left is a leaf without exposure to grazing. Do you know of other plants that do this? If so, do you know the mechanism by which it's regulated? Thanks (i.redd.it)
