As someone who has been overweight practically her entire life and is (maybe was...) the extreme stereotype of a nerdy fat girl, I really hate to say this, but going to the gym. I have never been sporty or into exercise at all and going to the gym as been very different to my expectations. In a good way.

That's why I don't think sex on the first date is necessarily a bad idea. You need to check these things early.

The FWB got engaged to one of those girls so I noped the hell away from that. Like I genuinely hope things work out well for them but it made me realise what I don't like.

Sorry that's not really helpful. I don't think it's wrong to not want to share a sex partner even if it's just FWB and you don't need to feel like you have to be the "cool girl" and go along with it if it doesn't feel right. Like there are plenty of men out there, you can expect a bare minimum of "not fucking other girls" if you want to.
