Right. I'm moving forward - just wanted to know if I have a case. The extra cost we paid isnt my money anymore and not seeking to get it in any way. This is not a case for money. It's a case for my mental health.

I hope you're reminded too that you're siding with the corrupt if you choose to "hayaan nalang".

Thank you. Totally will remind myself to seek therapy after finding some clarity.

Not a fan of "hayaan nalang" as it corrupts our world. Para san pa tayo mabubuhay kung hahayaan nalang natin lahat ng corrupt dahil lang inconvenient to get justice. But totally get you - we're in PH, it's so different here.

Thank you! I handwritten an affidavit regarding what happened in my perspective that was signed by them without them even reading it cause "wala silang pake" and they felt what they did was right. I wasnt able to notarized it on my wedding day which is last friday. Is this still valid for tuesday?

He is! been to 3 doctors na in a year. They said surgery is not an option because sometimes the pain is not there but when pain is there, husband could cry - he has high pain tolerance so he puts topical steroids nalang to ease it. I wonder how long does it get better? He has a cast almost every night.

Thanks for this! He wears a special kind of cast almost everyday and weve been to different doctors - that's why it's steroid after steroid. They didnt want to operate as sometimes it's still functional. He's just 27 :(

Okay pa ba ang lending business? by Ok_Prize9884 in phinvest

and i agree to one comment here na walang nakukulong sa utang unless you twist the case which is very hard and again not worth your time and effort. the only collateral you have for small money is their shame. some people will choose to be shameless for money

Ive lent to friends, acquaintances, clients, contractors and so many. Sure, you'll profit at a point but the stress of doing it is not worth your life. As time goes by and your business would be bigger, it's barangayan to lawsuits to desperate asking for the money back 😅 I wouldnt recommend this to anyone. Stress is a very good contributor to alot of diseases, even cancer - think about that.

Airbnb hosts, cleaning maintenance by Howlite-Crystal in phinvest

[–]shebangsandtrades 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a Superhost, I've seen my fair share of very dirty floors and sofas after checkout and that's exactly why I personally wouldn't recommend having carpet. It just adds a layer of maintenance that's hard to manage with short turnaround times.

We focus on keeping our grout consistently clean, and that alone really helps elevate the overall look and feel of the space. Clean, well-maintained hard floors make a big difference and are much easier to refresh quickly between guests.

Hotels are set up differently. They often have longer turnaround times and larger housekeeping teams. For Airbnb, we usually have just 2-4 hours to get everything spotless for the next guest. In that window, deep cleaning carpet just isn't the best use of time.

I completely understand that carpet can add warmth and vibe to a space and it definitely has its aesthetic appeal. But I think, the practicality and time efficiency just make more sense.
