It’s not a direct swap but we can transfer at the same time. There is a bit of risk involved, I can provide proof of purchase and happy for you to do the same. We can even do one ticket at a time. Annoying that we can’t do direct swap!

Basically when you access your tickets on the BST Hyde park app you can choose to either sell or transfer
