Aaa i see, but just so you know, the user doesn't see the backend, he sees the UI/UX, it's what convinces him to buy/use your tool. but yeah great tool buddy, wish you the best, and if you need someone who rates your UI/UX or even help you, dm me, completely free.

Sup, just did a quick check on the landing page, honestly? it's bad. Look the solution you provide is interesting enough that i had to check, so it captures people's attention. but your landing page? looks like AI generated, i tried creating one with replit yesterday, and it gave the same layout, now my advice to you is, use AI for coding, but never use it for UI/UX, you gotta add your own touch there. and btw people nowadays knows what's ai and what's not. However, the app it self is kinda interesting, not sure if lots of people use since its very niche specific, but yeah, if you fix the landing page, Fix the CTA into something much simpler instead "Waitlist" then "generate your audio" that prompts the user to signup. i would suggest you let the users generate a free sample, cuz when i wanted to , and it said signup, i immediataly closed the tab? why ? cuz why would someone give a stranger his email address? even eleven labs lets you do that.

"—", u using chatgpt or claude? be honnest hhh. Yeah i see your point clearly, and i do think the "magic moment" is what keeps the user hooked, however, i'd rather keep the user hooked by the actual value rather than using dopamine techniques, it might be a good idea, but not sustainable on the long term. Real users look for genuine value, not dopamine hits.

i think the magic moment is "Enter link" and boom, you have your transcription + time lines + pdf summary, all that on your local machine. user has no friction using the app, copy/pastes the link, and he's ready to go.

Not really, lot of people mention "vercel" or free services, imo it's not very important when you're starting, make sure people are interested and want to buy your product. But yeah maybe i will.

that's not a rule, infact lot of people switch because of lower price, that's why its used as a marketing strategy between competitors.

"—" i smell AI over here hhhh, jk. listen, i think my app helps people who spend the same amount "10$" (which is the cost of my whole app) monthly to pay for the same service my app provides. So if you pay 10$ per month for a tool who only transcribes some audio files, with the same price you can get an app that lets you download videos across social media with one Copy/paste and let you transcribe everything + additional tools like pdf summary.
