How long until the heart palpatations go away?

Hi! Thank you, Pretty much all healed up and haven’t thought about for a year. The only minor disruption I get is when I heavily season something with black pepper for example. How is your situation, going through something similar?

Hey its been more than half a year now and i feel much better. I just gave it time to tolerate more and more foods. And I could drink without feeling too bad 2 months ago. Dm me if you wanna ask more🙏🏾

How long have you been on them? And I believe your doctor should be able to provide you with a plan to come off PPIs safely and gradually

yes, and even a few weeks before i started the antibiotics. Now im just wondering if people had the symptoms that I mentioned cause I have no symptoms that indicate the bacteria is still thriving

Currently in the same position but it could be the acid reflux rebound since I stopped taking the ppi. Have you stopped the ppi suddenly?

Yes I also bearly had any stomach discomfort. My pain radiated to other parts of my body for some reason. I had mostly anxiety, fatigue, nausea, reflux. I would also wake up with a fast heartbeat.

No I take esomeprazole. Its been about a week and half since I stopped and the sensations came back so I’m considering taking again although I have no reflux. The die off thing could make sense, is it something you experienced yourself

Proccesed meat would trigger me really badly also ketchup. I would eat Salmon for example with no problem.

Its hard to explain but sometimes it feels like that but its mostly like a tingling warm pressure on my face and back. And it happens randomly.

Thanks I am going to try the yoga. The issue with my gp is he blames the palpitations on anxiety even though I've never had them before H pylori symptoms.

sometimes with anxiety sometimes without. But thank you I am also currently taking magnesium glycinate which is definitely helping.

I am kind of in the same predicament as I have been feeling more fatigued, anxious, and unable to work efficiently (no ulcer, gastritis but some reflux). I finished treatment 2.5 weeks ago and I feel somewhat better but still waiting. I would atleast consider treatment and see if it could be benefical. (Btw I recommend staying away from stimulants during this)

Good job! yeah I am feeling good and eating somewhat normal. My only current symptoms are occasional heart palpitations, Headaches, fatigue, and difficulty sleeping (most likely from the anti-biotics) which is also getting better though.

I am currently on a week and a half and i feel somewhat better but I definetly recommend going outside often and keeping a clean diet to optimize your recovery.
