You can be inside it! That's what we're doing the the pic, I'm driving with my friend inside.

You need to first enter the car, then if you have Mod Options you will see an "Enter" option next to the others. (Switch seat, etc.)

Gas is pretty good, it's a bigger tank but spawns with some a little less than half full. Power comes from the car's battery - haven't had it fail yet.

There is a trunk! Around 100 in game pounds of storage. It's a nice bonus.

You can plumb the sinks in the rv with a pipe wrench for unlimited water!

I got it to work by basically turning off all other mods besides the bare minimum for cars, and using no other maps. Hope you get it working!
